Does the promotional card Daniel negate your own fortresses along with your own New Testament enhancements or just your opponents?

I would figure he negates everything but I don't see how that's helpful for you to negate your own fortresses so I thought I would ask.

Most likely your fortresses won't really matter during your rescue but if you're worried about them then don't run forts or use CoW Daniel instead. And if you use NT enhs that are CBP or CBN then you won't have to worry about Daniel negating your own enhs, or just use OT enhs for your good guys.
