Crucify Him:
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Brown • Special Ability: Discard all activated Artifacts in play. The effects of all Artifacts this turn are negated.
Scenario: My opponent has Priestly Crown up, and all my lost souls are in sites that he doesn't have access to. He makes a RA (with an OT human hero), I use my active Unknown Nation to search for King Zedekiah (Brown 1/1 character), and having initiative, I play Crucify Him.
Is Unknown Nation negated? If so does King Z go back into my deck, and is Crucify Him then immediately discarded?

From the online REG:
Unknown Nation:
If opponent’s Hero is in battle, you may discard this card to search draw pile for a human Evil Character and add it to battle. Cannot be interrupted.
No, because Unknown Nation is discarded when you use its ability, and Crucify Him only targets artifacts in play. Also, Unknown Nation has apparently be errata'd so that it cannot be interrupted.

Oh, really? Then I have a completely different scenario: My opponent makes a rescue with a Red Hero (doesn't really matter) and I block with The Jeering Youths (whose SA allows me to play an enhancement). I play Dungeon of Malchiah on the Hero, and he/she redirects it at me (with Counsel of Abigail).
If I play Lurking to interrupt the battle and band in King Zedekiah (whose SA makes Dungeon of Malchiah CBN), will DoM now kick back in on the Hero again?
(BTW, none of these cards mentioned have any more relevant information in the REG than I have here.)

To your recent question, I believe that to have cbn status you must "activate" it at the time of the ability. Can not be negated status only affects things currently played or played after.
-
What about when you interrupt the battle to get CBN status?
-
An enhancement has cannot be negated status when it's played or it doesn't. You can't change that status after it's played.
