Conversion and Identifiers

Is there a list anywhere of identifiers that do/don't convert? I know some always convert (like nationalities) and others never convert (like magician/heretic) but I didn't know if there was a comprehensive list anywhere.

I looked in the REG for a while but couldn't find anything. I believe that the only identifiers that cannot carry over are Magicians, Heretics, and Demons (which can't be converted anyway), and for good characters, Angels.
