Title: Confusion (CoW) and Copy abilities?

If a card like Mimicking Miracles copies Confusion (CoW) does Mimicking Miracles banish itself or no?

0/0 Brown/Pale Green Evil Enhancement

Name a card (except a Lost Soul card). Remove Confusion from the game to remove all copies of the named card in a player's deck, discard pile or Hand from the game.

Mimicking Miracles
4/2 Gold/Pale Green Evil Enhancement
Exodus 7:2
If used by a magician, copy the special ability of an Enhancement until the end of the turn.

Because MM only copies the special ability (and not the name) you cannot fulfill the cost of "remove Confusion" to gain the benefit. This was something we did intentionally because we didn't want (additional) shenanigans with Confusion...  8)

So could you remove the old single-brigade Confusion from the game instead?

In the context of the special ability on Confusion (CoW) the card is referring to itself. You are not allowed to banish a different copy.

So basically the only way to copy the effect is to play the old one. I guessed so, thanks!
