Title: Conflict of CBN :)
Post by: Prof Underwood on May 21, 2009, 04:14:58 PM
Here's an odd situation that came up recently.

I converted my opponent's 12FG to a GC, and had CoM active.
So on a later turn, if 12FG makes a ra, may I band ECs to stop him?

I would guess no, but wanted to check.

12FG - negate all banding, CBN
CoM - negate all opponent SAs, CBN in battle

I would think TFG keeps his ability, so I would say no banding means no banding.

Confusion of Mind has no impact on The Twelve-Fingered Giant as a Hero, since he can't be negated. So ol' Twelvy still negates all banding.

In it's in regards to the ability being negated at time of conversion, I would think the ability is still on the hero since it is printed on the card.
