Title: Complaining (er, Complainers)

Complainers (6/6 Brown EC) negates the special abilities on all Heroes this turn, then may exchange rescuer with a Hero in territory. If I began a RA with TSA (KI, negate all non-WAC/WCE SA's except this one), who's SA comes out not negated? I am assuming that since TSA was in the FOB first that Complainers' SA would be negated before it could be activated when presented as a blocker.

Complainers ability is prevented by TSA's.
