Title: Choose The Blocker 101

Sorry I'm just lazy to further research on exceptions to using CTB.

Can I choose a blocker in play that is being currently ignored OR whose brigade is currently ignored?

Play stillness/highway/visions of iddo the Seer (get it all back), then play coat ANd Interrupt with Obediance of noah on Miraim to choose an egyptian. The Interrupt allows the choosing because it interupts Miriams ability to ignore until after the CTB ability has completed.

I dont know if you want to go to all that trouble to do that, but you can if you want.

So how do you interrupt Red Dragon's immunity and Miriam's ignore ability without interrupting Coat's ability allowing Miriam to play OoN? Hmmmmm? ::)

I think crustpope's post contained a typo or two...

What custpope meant to say is you can activate Hidden Treasures, start a rescue with a provisioned Miriam, choose Abner to block and then play Clemency of David. After that you would then give your opponent his first chance to play a card or two. I do admit to being a little puzzled by crustpope's fixation on Miriam. If he Provisioned Aaron (Patriarchs) he could place Peace Treaty on a Templed Table of Showbread, and then ignore any single brigade utilizing his Hiddent Treasures.
