Are Fallen Angel and Evil Angel considered angels as well as demons? The REG does not list cards considered to be angels.

No.

They may be but chamber I think chamber only refers to heroes
-
that's right...I forgot that part.

Interesting thing I never thought about - are Cherubim and Seraphim angels in this game? In the bible they seem to be different creations.
I always assumed Chamber defaulted to "any silver hero", but I'm curious if the game makes these distinctions.

I don't think there are any.

Warrior in Training used to be considered an angel, based on the art, but that was years ago. He's a human now.

I've figured out that brigades are grouped together for different reasons. I'm not quite sure about all of the heroes, but I know that the villains are grouped together by what kind of sin they're known for. The only good guys I know for sure of is silver means that they're an angel.

The Bible doesnt exactly say that they are not Angels, the theological consensus is that the Cherubim and Seraphim are a special group of Angels. The Cherubim are always before God's Throne and the Seraphim seem to act kindof like Guards and Priests. This seems to be a similar case w/ the 24 Elders. But no one is really sure of all of this and we probaly won't know until we get to Heaven.
