Could my opponent's good enhancements be negated? What exactly happens when 2 CBN abilities interfere with each other?

Enhancements played on Michael cannot be negated. (Michael's ability cannot be negated so CoM doesn't affect him.)

Michael is not trying to negate CoM. CBN does not oppose CBN. CoM is trying to negate Michael, but it cannot. If a card was trying to negate CoM, it could not.
