If a hero grants enhancements cannot be negated does Colosseum toss them as well?

No, only cards with the specific phrase "cannot be negated" are tossed by Coliseum.

So if I use angel with the secret name and exchange him out with a goal judge then all the judge good cards cannot be negated and they don't get tossed either with Coliseum.
