Title: Can TGT Allow Ignoring of Multi-Brigade ECs?

My opponent makes an RA with TGT heroes, while TGT is up. I have a gray EC and a gray/black brigade EC in my territory. Can the gray/black EC enter battle?

A very tentative no from me.  I can see the arguments from both sides, but given it's preblock, no.

You cannot enter battle with the multi hero.

Ongoing Special Abilities > Ignore or Repel > Special Conditions

•      A multi-colored character is ignored if any of its brigade colors are ignored.
