Title: Can I take a peek after hand shuffle?

Hur that has been gathered makes RA and bands to Ahimaaz.
Does Hur’s ability shuffle apponent’s hand activate first, allowing the banded Amimaaz to take a peek at apponnent’s new hand?

Hur is the one who bands, so his ability activates before the ability of the character he bands to.

Correct. So the order is: Opponent shuffles and draws, you band, you look.
