I don't believe Guests can make posts, though you sometimes may see a post by a user with "Guest" under their name. This happens if, for whatever reason, the person's account has been deleted or removed since they made that post. Sometimes when users want to leave the forums they'll delete their account for some reason, I'm not sure why they do that haha.

Guests cannot post, you do need to have a registered account to post on the boards.  There are a lot of good reasons for that, not the least of which being spam.

As pointed out, any posts that are by Guest are from someone who deleted their account afterwards.
