Title: Burial shroud and 3W

What happens if my opponent negates my burial shouldnthe phase after its activated? Is it a ongoing ability or instant? Is the stopping of attacking a seperate ability (is it a restrict) from the may be used twice, meaning they can negate the stopping of attacking if its ongoing but the may be used twice is instant so its CBN and i lose a use?

Burial Shroud is a restrict, so it's ongoing and can be negated in a later phase. "May be used twice" is a limit modifier and can't be negated. So if Shroud is Woes'd, you still lose a use.
