Title: Built on Sand enhancement question.

Built on Sand SA:
Place on a Hero. While that Hero is in battle, orange brigade Enhancements cannot be negated.

Example:

 Aaron ( may band to a Exodus or Leviticus hero CBN by a Hero) and Moses (negate all characters and enhancements) in battle , blocked by an orange brigade EC.

then orange EC plays Built on Sand.

1. Are orange enhancements CBN or does it need to be placed to make orange enhancements CBN?

the placement is part of the negated by moses ability so if it was placed before on aaron or moses when it was not negated then yes even though moses makes it fbtn orange enhancements are then cbn otherwise it's just negated because it requires the placement to not be negated
