If BS is up I know I can't BC or RA but can my opponent BC?

Who has it up?  The person who has it up can BC, but no one can attack (BC or RA) that person.

No. It was ruled that you can't make a bc if there's souls, and BS stops you from rescuing souls. So you can't even make a bc.

You can BC if they have no LSs or you don't have access.

You can battle challenge. But you can not have access to any lost soul if it's type 1. In Type 2 you can just go for the female ls with a male. if youh ave it up.
