How do I randomly discard a card from my deck? Do I shuffle after? What are general guidelines in Redemption surrounding this?

Shuffle the deck, then discard the top card. I am not sure if the "Random" entry has been added to the REG, but the Elders agreed that to select a random card (from hand, deck, or Artifact pile) the location is shuffled, then the top card is selected.

Random was added to the REG glossary.
