Title: Brigades and special initiative
Post by: Bobbert on September 15, 2013, 12:22:31 AM
If two characters with different brigades are banded and one of them is removed from battle (and the remaining one has initiative by numbers) can you play an enhancement of the brigade of the removed character?

Ex. Cherubim (4/4) banded to Isaiah (7/8, with Call). Blocked by SWS (7/7). SWS plays Corrupted, converting Isaiah to brown. Can the attacking player interrupt with Two Bears?

No.
This is correct, but to clarify it's because special initiative is only given if your last character is being removed from battle (or if all your characters are being removed simultaneously). The only interrupt or negate you could play in the above situation would need to be silver. You could certainly play Live Coal. :P
