Title: Brass Serpent P- in FBTN battle

if i am RA-ing with Moses (w/SA), and he is dying by the numbers, and i have brass serpent promo in my hand, can i play it without it being negated, to heal moses and return him to my territory?

you can play after battle phase to heal hero.
