Title: Brass Serpant Question

If I am being attacked by TSA FBN, and I block with fallen warrior and play bringing fear to basically make it FBN except for my evil enhancements CBN and I play wrath of satan to discard all heroes in play. If i play brass serpant would it heal my opponent's heroes too since it isn't being specific enough to just my characters?

yes, brass serpent heals all heroes. if you would like selective healing, i would suggest i am healing.

Could I play that like brass serpant is played outside of battle too? Even though it would only get used once?
