"You may search a discard pile for a Temple Artifact and/or Belshazzar’s Banquet. May band to a Babylonian (except a King)."

Again, that's why I think it would be easier to rename them "Heavenly Artifacts" to clarify, and to not cause more confusion with future artifacts in this category.
