Title: ASP involving music?

A card involves music if it does one of
four things:
● Represents all or part of a song or Psalm.
● Represents an event that was noted for its music.
● Represents a musical instrument or singing.
● Represents a character who is identified as a musician.

So wouldn't A soldiers prayer involve music since it's reference is Psalms 60:5? The card isn't listed as a card involving music so is there something I'm missing?
