Asaph:
Good Enhancements involving music cannot be negated by evil cards.
Magnificat (involves music):
Negate special abilities on characters. If used by a musician or N.T. female, set aside an Evil Character in battle for 2 turns.
1. If Asaph plays Magnificat , can Magnificat be negated by evil cards? I am assuming no , it still cannot be negated by evil cards because the granting of it is a modifier and not a special ability like the new REG states.
2. If Asaph already played Magnificat and then played another good enhancement that involves music (example praise from prison good convert ability) can that enhancement be negated by evil cards now?
Is there any final rulings on the way this works???
Music leader SA:
If an opponent uses a draw or search ability (except on a musician), you may search deck or discard pile for up to 2 good cards that involve music.
1. If any opponent fails a search ability or puts a hero into the field of battle that has a search ability that is not optional (example Joseph) , can Music leader still trigger?

For the first part, Asaph is granting CBN status to another ability. The REG clarifies that the granting of a CB- effect is, itself, CBN.
The granting of cannot be negated to any ability cannot be negated.
So Magnificat cannot negate Asaph's granting of "CBN by evil" to good enhancements involving music.

We have been discussing whether failed searches or draws of 0 are "used." I think we have a consensus on that, but it was still being fleshed-out in terms of wording, so we'll be getting to you on that soon :)

Another question.
2. I am assuming that good enhancements involving music can be negated by good cards then? (But not Asaph's ability himself?)

I believe so yes
