2 heroes banding together. Each one has an armor of God enhancement on them. One of the heroes dies in battle can he throw his armor of God on to the other guy as he is dying? Like a warrior class enhancement?

No, because they're placed enhancements and follow the hero.

Ok thanks. What about hero has armor of God enhancement on him and gets Grapes of Wrathed? Does the armor of God enhancement go with him in the deck or the discard pile?

yes, placed enhancements follow hero into deck.
