No.
A) Dominants cannot be negated, and JTower is a prevent. Harvest Time works with JTower up
B) Forcing an opponent to draw is not removing a card from his deck. If it was, and Mayhem could be negated, then you'd leave any opponent with JTower up with no hand, since JTower certainly wouldn't stop the shuffling.

Yep. Revealing and setting aside would definitely count as removing from your deck, and SWJ can be prevented. Though you would still be allowed to discard SWJ in order to reveal 3 (9) cards, you just can't set them aside. I would assume then that they are put back in the order they came from.
