I didn't see him on the list of Generic cards on the REG, so no.

Angel in the Path was a specific angel that appeared to Balaam on the road, so no he is not generic.

That doesn't really mean much to me.  The REG is still shaky to me.  The new one is an improvement but untill we increase the update frequency it will fall to the same fate as the old REG.
