My friend got the above mentioned angel who has a white box with a silver icon box overlapping and beneath the silver one. Can he use siver and white HE?

No. Error cards play as intended, not printed. Kindness is never a Hero and the White Chicks don't always die instantly.

I agree here. Now if u use the Warriors one it bands to White, but he can't use White no matter what version you use.
