If angel of shur makes (immune to demons and Beast) a rescue attempt and foul spirit chooses to block it says negate Heroes what happens?

The negate ability of Foul Spirit would negate Angel at Shur's immunity.

If Angel at Shur said "Cannot be interrupted" or "Cannot be negated" then the immunity would still work.

For example, Priests of Christ is "Immune to demons" and is "Cannot be negated" so Foul Spirit would not negate Priests of Christ's immunity.
