Is the site access gained from Ambush permanent or just for the battle he enters face-down? The wording is ambiguous:

"...Hero enters battle face-down with access to any Site [apparently a gained ability from set-aside and permanent by default]...when opponent...Hero is flipped face up."

But it doesn't say anything about the site access going away after the first rescue.

I'm inclined to say the Site access ability would be permanent but I don't have the actual full ability in front of me.

Also, although I don't see it on the errata list, I'm fairly certain it also has errata/play-as that states the Hero is flipped up if the opponent does not block.

This is the way I've had it ruled in the past!  Also, I would believe the site access would stay because, in the same set Witness to Creation has a clarification that the ignore humans only last "the next battle."
