Title: Acts 23:27 Lost Soul and Goliath Promo

If the special ability of Goliath (Promo) [Return all Heroes in battle to territory....] forces a Hero to withdraw, does that activate the ability of the Acts 23:27 Lost Soul ("If a Hero withdraws from a rescue attempt against holder, place this card beneath owner's draw pile. ")?
