1. Can I have 2 copies of  PC christian soldier (Male generic) and 2 copies of christian soldier(female ) in a type 2 deck of 100 cards?

or 2 copies of soldier of god (PC generic) and 1 copy of soldier of god (promo generic) in a type 2 deck of 100 cards?

Christian Soldier and Soldier of God are all generic characters. Provided they have different art (which everyone you mentioned does) they count as different cards for deck building. That means you can have the maximum number of each different version.
