I have a few question's about when special abilities on cards activate and how long their active for.
for example on the lost soul [Pigs] does the ability activate as soon as its in territory? or when being rescued? and if the later does it stay active after that, or only when being rescued.
another card I question is hero's. I know that their abilities only activate when they enter in battle but what about once they go back?
for example Enoch. is his ability always active or when in territory he can be discarded? or as soon as he enters battle his ability protects him from discard even in territory?
sry I have so many question's but this has been bugging me for a long time :P I thank you all in advance

Pigs is only active in territory.
Unless an ability specifies otherwise on a character, it only last until the end of the battle phase.

so as long as pigs is in a territory all draw abilities are prevented except on hero's?
so does that mean when Enoch is not in battle (he is in territory) he can be discarded?

ok another example, what about Aaron [Patriarchs] it says holy of holies can not be discarded while he is in play. does that mean it is only protected when aaron is in battle? or like the card says while he is in play it is protected?
-
Nope, once Aaron enters battle his ability activates and he continues to protect Holy of Holies while he remains in play. If he's set-aside, shuffled or put in deck somehow, or discarded he has to enter battle again and remain in play to keep protecting. This is a case of a card that specifies otherwise, see also Judas Iscariot (P).
