- I use Gold Shield on multicolor hero in play. Do they stay multicolor? or do they become the brigade I specify?
- Holy Grail used to convert Saul/Paul keeps Paul multicolor, right?
- can I use Visions or Sword of The Lord on an immune evil character?
-
1) Don't know.
2) Yes - I don't have any "REG" findings to back this up, but I remember someone saying that Saul/Paul stays Multi-colored.
3) No, as they are immune to ANY effect from you.
-
Gold Shield converts any human Hero into a single-brigade Hero of your choice.
Saul always becomes the multicolor 10/10 Paul when he converts, by however means.
You cannot force an immune character to fight someone else.

+1 with it all
-
ahh... thanks for the clarifications.
-
I disagree on #3.....in certain scenarios you can use vision and sword on an immune character.
Granted an active Hidden Treasure and an attacking prophet helps a whole lot. 8)
-
Hidden Treasure and prophet?
That doesn't stop said evil character from being immune does it?
-
Hidden Treasures lets you play an enhancement before battle, correct? (Or am I thinking of a different artifact)
If i'm correct, I believe his reasoning is the EC's immunity hasn't activated yet.
-
No but here is how it goes down....
Hidden Treasures is active (lets a prophet play first GE or go through opponent's deck)
You send in one lone Green prophet.
You play sword of the Lord as your GE
*poof* You can choose two ECs in play to fight each other.
aka: the immunity has not kicked in yet. (of course, this immunity character needs to be in play to choose it.)
*EDIT* Aggied by Sauce

ahh.... it seems I have been using HT wrong. ^_^
I have another question,
Micah's abilty to recur is based on the amount of evil brigades in play. Are active curses included in the brigade count?
-
yup
-
as long as it doesn't match an opponent's EC in play.
i.e. in play: Egyptian defense, splash Uzzah, curse: confusion of mind
You get to recur three cards: 1 for Gold, 1 for brown, and 1 for PG
*EDIT* Aggied by Schaef...I type to much but I like to be thorough

another one lol,
If I use Sword of The lord with Hidden Treasures active, who controls the two evil chars.
-
You choose.
-
thanks.
another question
Does the provisioned Hero have to be the one to choose the blocker the next turn, or can it be any hero I choose to attack next turn.?
-
It must be the Provisioned hero. This makes it possible to wait a turn or few before using the CTB ability.

You can use any hero to attack the next turn...but it's only when you use the provisioned hero that you get to CTB.

Er, actually I do believe that the player of the Side Battle card always controls 1 side of it (regardless of whether they own it or not) and the person they're attacking controls the other.
Here's the REG's take on it. (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/default.htm?turl=howtouse71.htm)
-
another one ^_^
can King Menahem's abilty be used in a side battle?
-
You don't block side battles, so no.
-
The provisioned hero has to choose the blocker
and on an unrelated note. dont ever use the phrase "lm@o" either spelled out or even in text speak again. It is not appropriate for these boards
