If 3woes is shuffled/discarded, when does its negate end? Right away, after the phase, or after the round? Thanks

Since it’s a placed / territory class card it ends immediately when it’s shuffled.

To add to that though for anyone who's unsure, it does not mean that instant abilities negated by Woes reactivate. So you play Elymas Struck Blind to underdeck my EC and I negate it with Woes, playing Mercy of James to discard Woes would not reactivate Elymas Struck Blind.
