The new Deck Building Rules Document (https://www.cactusgamedesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Deck_Building_Rules_1.0.pdf) is live!
This document covers the Deck Building Rules for T1 and T2, including every possible Lost Soul amount in their respective charts. There is a broader definition of what makes cards the same, and how versions subject to different rules count towards each other. It also provides a list of banned cards, and cards with special deck building rules, like the Hopper Lost Soul.
Also included in the document are the special rules for T1 Teams and T2.
