Now, RTS has the same ability except the word "Deck" is missing. Who is right?

I manually enter all the cards into RTS so it's probably a typo on my part.

REG is correct. You can look at the pictures of the cards from the REG (just click on the set name in the card description). If the picture has a typo, then the typo is actually the correct ability.

Josh, the net set is powerful by the way. 

Do you still talk to Gabe C. out in Tampa/Sarasota?  Do you remember my friend Jonathan Lerner from States & Regionals?  He moved out there and I'd like them to link them up in order to get a play group popping out there.

I found his name on a players by state thread online and then facebooked him and noticed your friends.
