Title: Error When Booting RTS

Any way to fix this?

The Card.txt file points to a different named file than the Othaliah.jpg in the pics folder.

I'm not sure which half is wrong, but thats usually the issue.

Post by: Gabe on January 30, 2012, 06:36:00 PM: The Oholiah error was fixed over a year ago. At one time the card file pointed to a picture that didn't exist. One of the two was spelled wrong.

The error that comes up every time I open RTS is this:

This error occurred in "Form_Active": line number 40: (err#481) Invalid picture (Originated with RTS).

If you click OK everything works fine.

I've reloaded RTS without any updates, in other words, no Priests, G&H or later sets, and I still get that error so I assume it's with the original code.

Post by: lp670sv on January 30, 2012, 06:44:58 PM: I've only used RTS in Windows 7 so someone who is running vista or sooner will have to check that. but I'll see if I can find a fix for this in the mean time

Post by: Gabe on January 30, 2012, 06:46:22 PM: I'm running 7 Pro. Doesn't matter what background I use, custom or basic. I suppose it could be because I didn't install the files but copied them from a previous install. I used to only run RTS from a flash drive.

Post by: lp670sv on January 30, 2012, 06:48:20 PM: I've run it on 7 Home Premium and 7 Pro and always get this error. I don't think it has anything to do with the background since we've all originally installed it with one background and some of us got the error some didn't.

While I found the cause of the error, I never did find out how to fix it. :p. I remember finding the error detailed in the Microsoft Knowledge base, but now i can't seem to find it.
