Ark of the Covenant says Tabernacle in the identifier, does this mean its a Tabernacle Artifact? and if so, it has not been put into the REG under Tabernacle Artifacts.

To get your image to show up you can place the URL in "[img.]http://[/img.]" tags like so: (just remove the .'s from that example:
People also generally place things like images in [spoiler.]contents[/spoiler.] Tags.
As far as the question goes, The ark of the covenant is a tabernacle artifact, temple artifact, and heavenly temple artifact. It's just shorter to remove artifact from the first two items in the comma separated list since the space in that area of the card is rather limited.

Indeed. It would probably have been more clear on the card if it instead said "Tabernacle, Temple, *and* Heavenly temple artifact...

What about slashes instead of commas, meaning: "Tabernacle/Temple/Heavenly temple artifact"?

We decided last year when printing Aaron's Staff that the use of "Artifact" after Tabernacle, Temple, etc. was redundant since the card is an Artifact.
The exclusion of AotC (RoJ) from the entry for Tabernacle Artifacts was an oversight. The previous two versions are included and they are the same unique card. We will add that with the next update.

I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something or that the 'Heavenly' Version was suppose to be exclusively different from Tabernacle. The use (or lack of) 'Artifact' after each makes sense to me =]
