Title: Huge T1 2 player tourney?
Post by: Jonesy on July 17, 2016, 03:33:49 PM: What if there was a big T1-2p tourney every year kind of like the type 2 only and the prizes were like a whole box or two of the newest set, or a complete set of something like promos for the winner and then give appropriate prizes for 2nd and 3rd? Is that something that people would be interested in? Obviously in order to make this realistic many would have to sign up in order to make the prizes worth it. I just thought it would be cool to do something like this. Any thoughts?

Post by: jbeers285 on July 17, 2016, 06:00:51 PM: I would try hard to attend as long as it fell at least 4-6 months away from nats. If I had to travel to both in a close timeframe I'll go to nats first every time. Just my input. I think it's a great idea!

Hopefully the organizers would also chip in to help defray travel expenses for players from out of the area like Wild Bill does for the T2-Only.
