Title: New ROOT Hamachi Network

I noticed the ROOT Gold network is full, and since I didn't create it, I decided to make a new one. It will be more regulated, and will include only active ROOT members (and administrators).

This is a great idea.  In fact, I'll go ahead and delete the old ROOT groups at this point.  I'm glad you're staying on top of things, and appreciate all your hard work.
