Title: February/March ROOT pairings, rankings and reports

Week 1 matchups are due the 27th at 11:59 pm.  Same time limits as before.  Since I didn't get much feedback on how we would want to test mulligans, we won't use them this time, but please let me know how you would like them tested in the future.

Week 2 pairings are up.  This round will have a deadline of of the 12th at 11:59 pm.  The plan is to get the schedule back to starting rounds on Mondays, so the third round will start on either the 6th or the 13th depending on when the games of this round are finished.

Red Wing and I have our game scheduled for tonight--we had planned to play this past weekend sometime but we missed each other on Saturday and then Lackey was down for much of Sunday afternoon and evening.

With Red Wing as the undisputed champion of this ROOT, and the fact that we are already unable to avoid repeat matchups, I'm going to call this ROOT after 4 weeks and set up the signup for April/May ROOT.  In the future I will have ROOTs with 8 or fewer people capped a 4 weeks to start with.
