Title: Sin and Justice Target ?

Hello all!
The GE part of Sin and Justice allows you to banish your female hero to discard all evil males. Does your female hero need to be in battle, or can you target one in your territory?

Your female hero just needs to be in play for this to work. So you can banish a female hero in your territory it doesn't have to be in battle. Don't forget though it will discard all of your male evil characters as well.

While we are here, Does Avenged! GE work in the same way?

Yes it works the same way as long as it's in play. When a card does not specify where to Target something it always defaults to in Play.
