I've noticed on some of my new cards the terms:
Toss
Bounce

What do they mean and what do they do in battle or territory?

Toss is a mechanic that allows/forces you to play enhancements differently. Instead of using their ability, you discard them and decrease an opposing character X/X where X is equal to the strength of the enhancement that is tossed.

Bounce = return to hand

Thank you, I saw it on some cards in the Israel's Rebellion and the Roots cards that came with.
I was so confused.  I was thinking bounce was equivalent to withdraw and toss was just discard, which felt pointless.
Thank you for elaborating on the toss ability.
