Gabe:
Three new rules effective May 1, 2016:

Resolving Multiple Lost Soul Abilities at the Start of a Game

When multiple players draw Lost Souls with abilities that trigger "when drawn" or "when put in play" use the following steps to determine the order the Lost Souls are resolved:
* Before any Lost Soul abilities are resolved determine who has the most Lost Souls in the Land of Bondage. Similar to choosing who goes first the game, that player chooses who goes first when resolving Lost Soul abilities. If two or more players are tied for the most, roll a die (or use another mutually agreeable method) to determine who gets to choose.
* The chosen player chooses the order to resolve all Lost Soul abilities in that players Land of Bondage. Continue resolving Lost Soul abilities clockwise around the table.
* Once all Lost Soul abilities are resolved, determine who gets to play first as normal
Lost Soul Deck Building Rules

T1 deck building rules will limit all Lost Souls with a special ability to 1 per deck, regardless of deck size.

T2 deck building rules will limit all Lost Souls with a special ability to 2 per deck, regardless of deck size.

Dominants in Teams

Dominants are being added to the "shared" card list in Team play. This means that a Dominant on the table is a shared card between both players on a Team.

Teams may still only collectively play ONE copy of any Dominant. However, the owner of that copy may play that copy more than one time.

Explanations

Resolving Multiple Lost Soul Abilities at the Start of a Game

Lost Souls like Revealer, Hopper and Awake can all trigger at the start of the game. There are strategic advantages and disadvantages to the timing of resolving the Lost Soul abilities. This new rule provides a fair way of determining that order.

Lost Soul Deck Building Rules

Previously deck building rules allowed 1 copy of a special ability Lost Soul for every 50 cards a deck. In T1 that could max out at 3 copies. In T2 it could max out at 5 copies. There are enough special ability Lost Soul options in the game now that duplicating the same cards is not necessary. This also removes the potential for abuse by loading a deck with several copies of the Lost Souls card.

Dominants in Teams

The rules for Teams were formulated prior to the printing of The Holy Spirit and Glory of the Lord (P). This rule update allows these cards to function as intended in a Teams environment. It also clarifies that in the event one of these cards is returned to deck or hand, it can be played again by the team member who played it initially.

kariusvega:
this is a really helpful clarification, thanks Gabe!!

uthminister [BR]:
Good to know. Thanks for the clarification as well!

Lampy 2.0:
Good rulings. The effect resolve order for lost souls is pretty good and the changes to lost souls for deckbuilding make sense. I honestly don't know how many people play with a 100+  T1 deck, so this ruling seems fair. :)
