That is a thing. If you come up on Rule Proposals, you can find announcements about what has changed here instead of asking about it.

I'd add that using the advanced search function under the search tab you can look for specific phrases in board locations of your choosing (like rulings) if you are looking for specific card rulings. When in doubt check it out. Knowing the rules is only an advantage.

and if you are looking for the Redemption visualizer it has been basically replaced by lackey which also allows you to play online!!
