Short question: Do Complete set, Commons set, etc. mean the entire sets including the 2nd part which is released next year?

Hey Rene. No sir. The second part will be its own set, similar to how Early Church and the smaller Persecuted Church were released and are considered separate sets.

Oh! Then I messed things up. Always understood that FoM will be the 1st set split into two parts which are released subsequently.

Early Church phase 1 released at Nationals. IIRC it consisted of cards 1-72. Then around November Early Church phase 2 was released. It consisted of cards 73-146. Initially they were available in packs distinct to each phase. Around the first of the year they were combined into 1 Early Church package (phase 1&2) and have been distributed that way ever since. The Persecuted Church is a different set all together that was released the following year.
Fall of Man was the set released last May. It contains 147 cards + 18 LRs. No additional phases or cards will be released for Fall of Man.
In November 2018 we plan to release Prophecies of Christ phase 1. It will contain cards 1-129. My guess is that the rarity distribution will be similar to that of other 129 card sets like CoW and RoJ. In spring of 2019 we will release Prophecies of Christ phase 2 which will contain an additional 93 cards. Sometime after that Cactus will combine phases 1 & 2 into one PoC pack for distribution. We plan to have 18 LRs again with this set but it's not clear to me how they will be combined with the 2 phases.
Hopefully that adds some clarity because I'm reading some misinformation in the posts above.

Woot Woot! I was missing you during FoM, and I realized how much a full set (or at least the URs) would have been nice to have. How long are offering this until?

@Gabe - Thanks for the clarification. I didn’t realize TEC was done that way.
@Reth - Due to the size of PoC phase 1 and the rarity distribution I will still be selling it as its own set; the same for phase 2. Sometime after phase 2 has been released I may end up combining them as one large set, or give the option to purchase it as one set. Until then, however, this phase and the next will be treated as two separate sets.

I ordered a set, but when I entered the code listed on the page for the binder deal it showed me this:
Also, does the binder deal include pages to actually hold the cards, or are the pages separate?

Thanks for your purchase! So what you have to do is add which binder color you’d like, add it to the cart, then go to checkout and enter the promo code there. You’ll then see the binder’s cost is removed from the total cost. I just emailed you about it prior to seeing your post. I've modified the original post, as well as added clarifying wording to the website with these instructions.
The binder has attached pages in it. Here’s a video on YouTube about it.

Since the PoC cards are still not finalized, their release will most likely be sometime in late November to early December. Therefore, I will be extending pre-order prices until Saturday, November 10th at 11:59 PM (EST).
