Title: Where does one get the following cards?

Where does one get the following cards:

Faithful Servant
Seeker of the Lost
Soldier of God

I don't mean buying or trading for them were does (or when did) Cactus distribute them?

I don't remember for Faithful Servant right now, but I'm pretty sure the others were from sponsoring a child through World Vision (?) quite awhile ago and requesting them.

Faithful Servant was the World Vision promo. The other two were from getting the Salvation Army magazine.

So based on the answers above, these are some of the hardest cards to get a hold of.  It is easier to get a Faithful Servant than the other two, trust me I'm trying to get several of the other two and about the only way to acquire them right now is cash.

Which begs the question as to what happened to the rest of the print run after the Salvation Army promotion was over...
