Title: Trading issue
Post by: Alpho on February 10, 2010, 09:01:50 PM
Hello everyone,

I have had a recent problem and I am wondering what I should do. Here is what happened:

I was trading with hi123 and I sent my card to him. A few days went by and he said the he received them. After another few days went by I asked if he sent my card yet and he said that he did not know my address. So I gave it to him. I week went by and when I asked him he said he lost my address again. When I gave it to him again he has not replied. What should I do? It has been four-five weeks now and I still have not received my cards.

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I know this isn't much help, but I would continue on asking him and pursuing it, trusting in the Lord for His ultimate understanding.

On a side note, since you publically named the person, It's safe to say that most people will probably not be trading with him.. :-\

Hi123 is generally a very good trader; It is not uncommon for even the best traders to have an off day every once in a while. I would expect to see the cards soon, Also, MD has been under a blanket of snow for the last week, so that may have a little something to do with it, depending on when he finally got your address.

Yeah, VA is incapacitated by snow. It's probably USPS not being able to move.

FYI that I play with hi123, and also worship with him.  He will be at my house this evening in fact and I will stress to him how serious this is.  Hopefully you will have your cards very soon.  Thanks for your patience.
