I am looking to trade for chariots of fire. I have a couple hundred cards that im willing to trade for it (not meaning every single one of them just like one or two).

There is no difference in game play, they do the same thing; the only difference is that the promo has a shiny gold border. If you just need it for your deck, then either is fine.
