does Threelions gaming accept redemption cash? if so how does it work to send in etc...

That is correct - I would lose money if I accepted Redemption Cash, so I am not accepting it. Of course, if you wanted to give me double the listed prices in Redemption Cash, you may be able to build an argument to convince me. ;)
